Returns & Exchanges | Be in a Tree

At Be in a Tree, we want you to feel as free as a bird in our garments; if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
2.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.
3.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
4.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been issued.
